Same here. I got my key through Kin(pen)guin, out of curiosity did you get yours through Steam or a 3rd party seller?

Ok was curious if it was a weird anti-piracy thing and Kin(pen)guin got shady keys or something. Yea I can't find anything about this.

I did, then I reverted it in all 3 files and no change.

Yeah I did too. I had to recreate my charcter to fix it.

So you reverted the FOV changes, recreated your character, and it was fine? Did you put back the FOV changes after and is it still fine?

Interesting. My gun was never upside down, just when I'd look at the PipBoy. But hopefully it works for others.
