The catch with this method is you'll probably get multiple hits, so just look to see if you need a component, ammo, or something else. Someone wrote a guide on it on the guide tab, just look up item id in that section.
note that by opening fomm with fallout4.esm it will use about 6gb of ram so make sure you got enough ram lol
