Movement Stutter
Is anyone else getting microstutter when moving? My game is running at 60fps solid, but I can see some juddering or microstutter when moving and it's becoming unbearable now!

I think it's only when you walk for some reason.

Try to run the game in borderless fullscreen, it's worked for me

Yep getting that @4K with GTx 980 Ti + Core i7-980X! Disabling TAA helps a bit.

Glad it's not just me, guys :)

This Works For Me Too.

I think its weird though that I get locked 60 @ 1080p (Ultra All Settings) and still stutter. I would understand if the refresh didnt match frames per second, but they do.

Yeah it's strange, it's not in-game lag or FPS dropping, but it's some kind of movement related microstutter instead. I guess they'll fix it at some point in the future.

Fixes all stuttering, but now I get insane tearing even with v-sync enabled in Nvidia control panel.

Yep. Microstutter. Need a game and driver patch.....sigh.

It can still do with some patching but I fixed my massive stuttering problem by switching to windowed borderless. I made a video about it.

Is it an nvidia thing, I use an AMD card and haven't seen any stuttering at all, ironic really as I always used to get it in the old Bethesda games.

Not true, I use AMD r9 290 and I have micro stutter while moving with iPresentInterval=1
With it off, I get too much fps and get locked in terminals and speed bugs and all kinds of lame ♥♥♥♥.
