[TIP] Awesome sniper rifle location

Head to Mass Gravel & Sand just SE of Lexington. It's due east from the Corvega Assembly Plant. Once you get there you should see two big tanks and a conveyor belt. Climb the belt and the rifle will be a in a duffle bag near the top.

I'm not gonna spoil the surprise by posting the rifle specs so I'll leave it for you to find out on your own.

This rifle had only 24ish damage for me before modded. There is a place called Boston Mayoral Shelter. Its about midway on the western border. Just south of Fort Hagen Satelite. I found a hardened rifle and another less powerful sniper. I put a scope on the hardened rifle, and upgraded a few parts. It does 66 damage, and has 215 range. Becareful though, I was level 12, and some enemies still showed a red skull. It was tough but rewarding.

It´s so random, like random NPC spawn (depends on the location, of course)

It's level based I think. I made a save file and checked the duffel several times and got a hardened revolver every time. Level 11.

I prefer the Overseer's Guardian (it's in vault 81) for now, 114 damage, shoots an additional projectile, pretty nice one shot.

That ♥♥♥♥ adds up believe it or not. .45 replaces .38 as the trash round at higher levels.

Jeez, even at lvl 24 I only have 2300 .38 rounds and I've literally never fired a single one.
