How to disable the pipboy lighting?

Its green and its kinda annoying. How to turn off the light?

Try to press the Tab-Button above Capslock and hold it for 3 seconds to turn off the light emitting from the pipboy. That was the way to turn the light on/off in Fallout 3 and New Vegas.

Yeah you had to hold it down for a second.
