Don't know how to install the cd.
Hey guys, I know I'm probably sounding like an idiot but I see the depot cache files are these the files that I am meant to grab from the disc?

whats a CD?

The retail version does not have all of the game data on it. It installs the .exe then you have to log into Steam to download the rest.

I select English for the app that says 'Setup' and than it says "No AppID Configured".

You should have a key inside the physical box, use that instead.
just follow the directions as normal to install it. it shouldnt require u moving filkes yourslef just put the disk in and do what it says. perhaps there is a bug where the game hasnt unlocked yet and its causing something weird to happen. but there isnt much on the disk probably so u may be better off just adding it to your library and downloading the whole game as if u dont have the disk

Sounds like the disc has a dead .ini file. You'll probably have to download the entire game from Steam. It comes with a physical cd key, right? Go ahead and use Steam to redeem it.

It is. Make sure you have twice that space open for unpacking, though. Also, depending on your region, the game may not be out by the time you're finished downloading. It'll be released in your region on the 10th at midnight.

why are they unlocking on the 10th when the release date is listed as the 9th in store?
Speirs Nov 9, 2015 @ 7:49am
the game wont come at midnight anymore, it has been delayed for 2 hours and should be released at 2:00AM

I think the 9th is due to Midnight launches and stuff.
