I've seen the PC version being streamed and it seemed like fluid 60 fps. I dunno about his pc specs tho, also it was taken down pretty fast (youtube stream)

I don't mind waiting till tuesday.

But seeing all the console gamers streaming on one side..
... and Bethesda insisting on their 10.Nov release like a stubborn kid.

It's just silly at this point.

The consumers that are streaming have not signed any non-disclosure agreements. Furthermore, I doubt very highly that there is any twitch rules about streaming unreleased content. Game developers do that all the time. It is unlikely that twitch will do anything, unless Bethesda/Zenimax files a DMCA complaint against the stream, like they are doing on youtube. That would be highly sketchy though, since they will have no problems with streamers in a couple of days.

The real issue here is retailers that sell games before the release date, and that console players don't face the same sort of hard lock that affects PCs. Of course, this is what console players wanted, no DRM.

There is no reason anymore to hold the game back for all the people who have pre-ordered the game for PC!
