Pre install fallout 4
lots of friends who purchased fallout 4 already. were be abte to pre installt the game but I haven't a button for installing the game

Preload only available on XBOX one

Ive got it on Xbox but not on Steam also.

im sorry but your friend is lying. Pre-load is not available on pc yet. Like Made Man says it will be available a couple days before release ;)

It's still almost 2 weeks till the release, usually pre-load for big games starts about a week away. So there's still plenty of time untill PC pre-loads potentially start.

preload on steam 1 day before release in the evening.

Give it a week you should see it, 3-4 days prior to launch is normal for AAA.
