Anybody figure how to bind stimpaks to a key now?

Since the update I can't use num keys. I can bind stuff there, but it does nothing? Irritating in the middle of a deathclaw battle to have the hit tab, then go to a stimpak and inject it.

It might be the "Hotkey weapon swap" bug

I have all my stuff assigned to the hotkeys 1 through + with Stimpacks assigned to 3, but sometimes switching weapons or using 3 to shoot a stimpack just doesn't switch and my character stands there and gets killed

You have to go to the stimpack in the inventory, press Q if I remember right? Then click one of the slots.

I put it in the slot for my "1" key. Whenever I press 1, it auto stimpacks.

As for setting up your own custom binding? Sorry I don't know how. You try numlock?

Yeah, not sure what is up. I have it bound right. Numlock is on but they don't work?

I don't think you can use the numpad for favorites since the update. I think you have to use top row of keyboard.

I think he's right. If you hit Q you will see available keys allowed to bind quick slots to, I think it's 1-= or something like that. I haven't tried using number pad "2" in say of 2 top side. I have mine set for 2 and use top row of numbers.

It's too bad it can't be bound to one of my extra mouse keys, that would be a bit better I think.

I thought with the new update,you were able to use the numberpad.I haven't tried it yet,since I just noticed the update sticky,but I would prefer to use the pad.Is it working for anybody?

Nope no numpad after the update. I used to have mine bound to the big ol numpad zero button. Disappointing and a little cumbersome but it's on the 1 key (above Q) which sometimes causes accidental use while switching weps, especially in the middle of battle.

With the new update, you can keybind the numpad to other keys, like movement. When they changed that, they made it stop working for favorites.
