I'm NOT sure if failing kidnapping quests causes a loss of a settler (i think it does), and not sure about happiness.
Kidnappings yes, but Ghoul Clearing and Raider clearing no they will stay active, I had some I didn't do for a long while and didn't expire
Hence why I posted again before: So I failed the one, what are the consequences, does anybody know? Destroyed parts of the settlement? Happiness decrease?
ooooo you are talking about the settlement attacks, when I was saying raider clearing / ghoul clearing last a while I was refering to settlements you found and not activated yet
