Memory Interupted (will it make Institute hate me?)

As it says.

I'm on the stage of the quest where I need to clear out the metro station of synths.

However, I am hoping to go as far as I can in each faction's questline before I run out of quests for them that don't require wiping out the others. That way I can create an 'origin' save and get the endings for all factions from there.

I checked the wiki and while another quest you can do for the Railroad does not get you kicked out of the Institute (since it's a post-Institute quest and getting kicked out of the Institute locks the Railroad ending), but this quest doesn't mention that.

It just says that Glory is hostile to the synths and visa versa, so I won't have to kill any. Will killing these synths get me locked out of the Institute? I read somewhere that killing 'a lot' of regular synths gets you kicked out, amongst other things.

Just did this one, and I'm still able to get in the institute at will, I assume as long as you killed everyone they won't know it was you. But it feels kinda dickish because the synths are not hostile to me until i fire. But meh.
