Piper stuck in animation floating with her hands up in the air

So anyone out there had this issue? If so how did you fix it?
I do have mods altering a few animations, but they only alter first person animations, so shouldn't affect piper, plus uninstalling them didn't change anything.
I tried to shoot her, blow her up, fast travelling, teleport her with console commands, etc.
none of them got her out of it.

I got a settler to get out of that animation by doing "moveto player" while I was on the edge of a roof, so she fell after that command. She snapped out of that animation after landing.

yo im playing where everyone can die and i cannot use that tactic to get her out of the animation i need a work around !
