Arlen glass (the toy maker) bug

Hi all,
Searched alot but couldn't find a solution -
I received a quest from Arlen glass to get some toys parts. I got the parts and when i went back to the slog Arlen was dead (i didnt receive a message to defend the Slog). I used resurrect on him but i cant interact with him anymore, he just stands or fixing his toy and says nothing.
Is there a way to completley reset him (meaning that talking to him would be like the first time i met him)?

I had a similar problem with Arlen inconveniently dying on me. After resurrection, he just stood there like a ... well, like a zombie. ;-)

I left and went to do some other quests for a week or two in-game, and the next time I visited, he was reacting properly. Give him some time - apparently rising from the dead takes a lot out of the guy. :-p
