Is there a mod to fix up the houses in sanctuary?

Wanna use this as my home thingy but I can't stand living in a run down building like that, and I'm sure no one else would want to either. Is there a mod to do this?

There are a few mods to fix up the house you start in when the game begins, but that's about all I know. You can check them out at Nexus Fallout 4 Site.

Build your own area then, don't have to use the provided houses, when ya scrap the collapsed houses you have a flat space to work with

There is the sanctuary player home restored and project modern house which is good with pre war textures. There is also another one that adds non broken wasteland houses.

Sanctuary Player home restored doesn't work anymore. Pristine Pre War Home is a good one. Your House Survives is also good mod.

There is a mod on Nexus that will allow ALL of Sanctuary hills to be restored . Just don't me what it was, I stumbled accross it looking for something else.

Download a mod called scrap everything put it at the bottom of your load order. Then enter sanctuary, and type the words scrapall into the console.

This clears all the buildings out, and allows you to build whatever you want. Download home maker if you want more choices of building blocks you can use.

Is there a mod that stops Preston Garvey from sitting on my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ couch and standing over my lost child's crib? Damn man, this used to be my house and you're just hanging on the couch drinking cola... Bethesda seriously missed an opportunity for meaningful dialog and NPC interaction where you could yell at Garvey for being an insensitive prick.

It's called banishing him to the castle, or moving somewhere else.

It's called "settlement building". You fix up the houses, or demolish them and start up. It's even included in the vanilla game! Go check it out.
