help, eugene and malcolm quest

So i stumbled upon a dockhouse or smth and there was this hidden story(no quest) on 2 computers(irrelevant now), I've left the house and on the road i noticed a Mr.handy robot who appears to be stuck and when he tries to approach me he says: "Hello eugene, your brother Malcolm has prepared a surprise for you." Then nothing happens, I think i'm right if i assume there's more to it, but this damned robot is stuck in the ground pls help

There is and it got stuck.
If you've read the computer entries, you'd understood that brothers basically programmed a robot to kill the other one, but since they both did it in the end... They basically killed each other.
The robot is supposed to attack you "thinking" you're one of brothers.

Ignore it. Or destroy the robot.
It's not a quest just a nice sidestory.
