If you can't find Danse at the bunker, load back your game before using the setsage command. Then use 0005de4d.cf "actor.setcompanion" true true (this will recruit Danse to be your companion). After that use 0005de4d.cf "actor.setcompanion" false false (this will dismiss Danse) but instead of sending him to a settlement, just press TAB, this will send him back to his default location (most likely Boston airport). Then try using the setstage command again.
PS: Thinking about it, my problem wasn't exactly the same. I did the minutemen ending and Danse just vanished and when I tried moving him to me using console commands it didn't work. I just hope what I wrote up there works out for you aswell.
I was searching for the same specific question.
I got Minutemen ending after getting Danse in my Nukaworld settlement. In fact, his companion tag shows just in the bed I got for my char in there after I tagged him on the vault tech computer. There is a settler there instead saying that there is a dangerous look about my char and hoping not being there for him. I didn't do Blind Betrayal either, but something tell me... erm... well I got a new doc settler that might be a reformated BOS synth.
