stuck at Curtain Call

I have a bug where rex dosen't move, dunno what to do.. tried shooting him, but he still dosen't move.

the problem is that he's kind'a stuck, i been all the way down to the base of the tower to the top and he still just stood there stuck.

He popped in for me when strong and i were sitting at the bottom

so did he in my previous playtrough, but not this time - he's stuck right where you see in the video

well, reload the save or restart the game
