Decorating Problems, Lock Items in Place, No Spoilers

So, there are places in the game that you can decorate.

I decided to do some decorating even thought it doesn't really matter.

I spent a few hours doing this. I made it look pretty nice.

Which makes my problem even more annoying.

Turns out that some items fall through or into other items. This happens when I enter said place.

One item even moves to the other side of the area.

Does anyone know if there is a way to lock items in place?

I don't know why they move. I don't care why they move. I just want them to stop.

Any help would be appreciated.

Just get a mod in Nexus! Settlement building is limited.

Npcs steal stuff so that might be a problem depending on what you are doing.
