What is the Quickest Revolver in the Game?

I have a gunslinger build but I HATE how slow my character fires revolvers. I know they're not really like firing a semi auto pistol but I still want to be a classic gunslinger from the west. Anyway do you guys know what revolver has the highest fire rate? Or do you know if I can mod or change the fire rate on any revolver via console or mods?

There are literally only two revolvers in the game. So it should be fast enough to check it out.

Pipe Revolvers are actually fairly decent for a gunslinger. .45 and .308 ammo being much more common than .44 if you don't have so much of it that you are using your .44 to kill even radroaches.

As for quickest shots that ISN'T a revolver, while still being decently strong? Laser pistol. Laser pistols can line up so many VATS shots too. (Sure there is the Deliverer, but that's a special snowflake named pistol).

Oh ok. I was hoping there was a way to make my character coc.k the pistol faster so I can shoot way quicker but a laser pistol I guess can do :/

i found a .44 with double shot. Thats definetly the fastest of em all. ^^

Seriously, I shelved my double shot .44 so fast when I saw the crosshair goes as wide as basically my whole screen when I'm walking.

Double shot is great for single fire weapons like sniping or launchers... but it's wildly impractiacal for anything you want to take multiple shots on target with.

hmmm i did find a .44 legendary that give it 20% fire speed and 25% reload (or something like this), but again the farming so your probaly not get it anytime soon, i think there is also a perk that increases reload speed, and weight may have a factor but that could be a werid slowness i was getting

Ugh so I have to get a legendary revolver to increase the fire rate. Isn't there a console command to sorta "enchant" the gun to do that or something?

I dont like the .44. Only 6 shots and no silencer. Its just not good enough for this kind of apokalypse. ^^

i dont think so i think only the geck can do that, tried looking on the nexus, or any other mod host site?

Revolvers usually aren't enough alone your right. But VATS + headshot with a revolver... 0.0

i would love to see a winchester or something, that you can use the .44 ammo. Or just a semi-mod für pipe-pistols with a small magazine.

Have you considered the fact you are actually capable of killing things without sandman multipliers?

Because the .44 is plenty strong even if you don't take gunslinger perks. Unless you are trying to use it without any reciver upgrades.

I like the revolver's in new vegas, I just hope they can return to fallout 4. I like playing as a cowboy in that game :(

Honestly the revolvers are good without any perks for it but if you get quick hands, gunslinger, and have high perception and agility, revolver can get a little OP at times.

Sure, its strong, but you have many downs like posted before.
You could also use a plasma pistol..

The .44 is a relict of the old world, and i don't mean in fallout. You dont want to use this, if you face a large group of rifle users. And in the game... well, without Vats, it would be even harder to like it.
