End of The Line Glitch

So, I have to kill all of the leaders for this quest, already did it. However, the quest is still asking me to kill them!! Need help to move on with the game!!

Same here.. there is just a marker but no one is there. Been playing all night to get to this point only to be denied a finish.

Each mark has 'Elminate the Railroad Leaders' on it and there is one literally on the ground and I know it's not below me or anything. For some reason another leader was way out in another town but I figured that was on purpose but how the heck am I supposed to get this invisible non existing person where this one is? It's right outside their door underground where in this other mission someone was laying there talking about how she didn't let the brotherhood pass her and she was dying.... should I have finished her off even though we were allied at the time lol? A known bug?

Another glitch to note on End Of The Line : Going to Railroad HQ, the password does not work. There is no "activation switch" by hitting the middle of the dial, therefore, you cannot get inside. I have tried "power armor-wall breaking:" but to no avail. Any help with this glitch would be greatly appreciated. I've only found one video on YouTube relating to it.

Coming back I have to say I figured it out on my end so it could be the same for you guys... If you sometimes 'cross' paths with other missions it can sometimes glitch out that mission so you cannot complete it.
