The Memory Den Bug
So this just started happening. I am playing through the main questline, and I see Dr. Amari for the first time. After starting the quest, I get beyond the point wher you follow Kellogg down the hallway. As I walk toward the next memory fragment, the one where he is in a group, the game just shuts down, and I am force-exited. Has this happened to anyone else? I have played a bit further story-wise beyond this part, but not much. I really want to finish the questline, but not sure if this is a permanent issue with my system or just a bug that has yet to be resolved.

Don't know about that one, but this seemed the likeliest place to tell about my recent episode. I exited the game yesterday near a derelict building that was being defended by a Mr Handy and a Robotron against to Scavenders. I was watching the fight from a little distance away, enjoying the light show and the what not.

Anyway, I loaded up that save just now, and that same building is now in the hands of 3 Minutemen who tell me the place has been secured. No sign of any robots, or any headless scavengers. I'm at a complete loss. This has to be the singlemost strangest Bethesda bug I've ever encoutered; if it is a bug. I just don't know. It's like the game kept running while I left. This even beats the time the dragon fell through the building in Skyrim, and disappeared never to be seen again.

I know there are plenty of random events going on in Fallout 4, and in many ways it adds to the gameplay, but I really don't think such events are supposed to confuse you to such a degree that you don't want to continue playing that savefile any more.
