Enemy respawn time ?

I'm trying to grind for some armor so I'm clearing out areas I have found legendaries but it's taking them long to respawn. Lots of people have said 3 days is enough but I have waited 3 days and nothing, then 4 days, nothing and now 5 days and still nothing.

And yes the area does have respawning enemies but they are just taking so long, so does anyone know around how long I have to wait before they decide to spawn back please ? Because staring at the waiting screen for that long gets boring lol.

Fallout 3 and NV had the respawn times on 1 week in-game, for just about everything.
You also need to be far, far away from the area if it's outside.

Try 7 days + teatime at home (your primary settlement). That should do the trick. :)

2-3 weeks of in game time before cells reset.
Enemies and loot will respawn.
