[Spoiler] Joining The Railroad?
If I join The Railroad am I automatically cut off from the two other factions in the game? No spoilers please... I'm only like two or three main missions into the game and spent the last 70 hours exploring and doing side missions(lol).

If I accept the railroad invitation will Brotherhood of Steel turn against me and not let me complete their missions?

You can join all the factions before a certain point in the story. The game will tell you when you get to it.

You can do a LOT of side quests of each faction before the game forces you to decide whom to support. So don't worry, joining a faction doesn't immediately mean having the others as your enemy. This only happens very, very late in the game, and yes, there will be warnings before it happens

What kind of warnings(Without providing spoilers)? Will it give me a point blank notification, pausing the game before hand, telling me there's no turning back?

The point i'm at now they're literally asking me whether or not to join. I did Deacon's mission in the old HQ.

Yes. Exactly like that.

You can accept their invitation without any worries.

I have played out "Institute" and "brotherhood" stories. Now I want to do the Railroad story. Is there any difficulty in getting it to the point of where the choice is made? I ask because unlike the others, the quests in Railroad seem to run out.

I also read that there's rep with the three main factions? What does that influence? I thought they got rid of all of that stuff in FO4? The wiki said doing missions for The Railroad will result in negative rep with BoS and the Institute... Is there any real rammifications for that?

I am not sure about that, because I don't know how far exactly you've already played. Maybe you could just go to the headquater of the Railroad and find out what happens?

In my opinion, that's bull-sh*t. I have made several quests for all the factions and never had any consequences. Hell, I even accidentally shot a vertibird once and the Brotherhood was still friendly. The only place where "reputation" still exists, are your companions. For example, if you do Institute quests with a companion, who doesn't like the Institute, you'll lose affinity points.
