What's happened to Vault Tec?
Unlike the Enclave that's still exist 200 years later, how come Vault Tec just vanish? I mean they built these awesome vaults to do those crazy experiments but never lived to see them through?!? Couldn't they just build theirs own HQ Vault and secretly watching all the others?!? Make no sense to me!

They're still around, in the luxury vault up in the Rocky Mountains that was actually intended to survive with no tests, just lots of surrounding mountains to diminish the blast. And I imagine they had a large enough facility stocked well enough with robotic assistants, staff, and enough consumables to keep them underground for several centuries. Given that so many of the consoles still work, I imagine it was assumed that they could just find the vaults and pull the data from stored logs as soon as they got out, after the rad storms(that are still occuring) calm down. It's probably in a DLC somewhere.
Valt tec is a front for the Institute

A news flash for you ... it is FICTION. There is NO BASIS IN REALITY. You retarded or something?

Now we know the true identity of Captain Obvious on Steam. I will forward this information to my allies on the axis of evil.

After some quick digging on the wikia wiki,

1) The Enclave was in control after the bombs dropped (and were beforehand as well). They were the ones that would broadcast all clear messages, and did so at a couple of vaults. The rest they most likely decided weren't worth the time/weren't pertinant to their plans at the time.

2) Vault-Tec employees (high level) survived via the secret vault in FO:BoS. They were not, however, in control of the greater vault program (they just built them).

Well technically some part of Vault tec survived ( the fanatic overseers of some vaults like vault 101 ) and i doubt every single high ranked member vaporised when the nukes dropped.
Some of them joined the Enclave as scientists or i don't know what.
There's also the Vault in LA that may or may not have ex Vault Tec members.
Either way they all deserved to die as most knew what was going on and still followed their orders.
Vault tech also had a HQ in the DC area which was in Fallout 3

If I remember correctly, Vault 0 from Fallout Tactics was the Vault-Tec bunker, and given the events of Tactics, they are kinda gone, ded, ended, eating grass by the root.

Uhm, yes they did, it was in texas, the Secret Vault and vault 0 were never connected to the vault.

Wikia has a better wiki on FO then gamepedia, http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Vault-Tec_Corporation

vault 0 was the demo vault to show the population what it was "going to be like"

the secret vault in FO tactics was the one that vault tec made for themselves.

The master took control of Vault tecs main vault, and the headquarters was in LA, both part of fallout 1.

That wasn't their main vault, that was the demonstration vault they built before starting the vault project.
Why is it so hard to believe the CEO and his cronies are squirrelled away somewhere after the bombs dropped. I betcha their vault worked perfectly.

Actually No, it didn't, they all turned on each other, the vault itself worked but the vault tec researchers turned on each other.

its not really Canon cause bethesda said that BoS wasn't so but this is what happen:

I'm sure I saw some mention of why the vaults were built in this game and it said something like Vautltec built them purely for research/experiments, except for a small handful, because they never believed (nor did the US government/Enclave) that there would be a nuclear war
So they weren't expecting the bombs to fall, thus could monitor their experiments remotely from HQ I suppose
Vault 13 has been opened from the Poseidon Energy Oil Rig (Enclave main base) in fallout 2. And took everybody from inside for some experiments. Instead of the vaulters, "mutated deathclaws" has been putted inside the vault. So i guess Vaull-tec = Enclace under cover.
Instead of reading what everyone that actually has played the game is going to tell you, just go to the wiki and read it yourself: http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Vault
