Armor not showing up at crafting table.

Is anyone else having this problem? I have a slew of apparel and the only thing showing at a table is the 111 Vault suit.

Cant help ya then. Thats the only way. There is a F4SE mod that renables the Achievments even when using mods.

i know, i was just saying that i can't upgrade any under armour at all not only the ones you can apply ballistic to. btw do you know if there is a setting i can change in the config files?

Not sure what you mean by make something the perk simply allows upgrading armors we find that qualify and if you have that one dlc build certain robot parts.

Unless you have the contraptions DLC and use its machine or you get a mod like crafting framework etc. that actually lets you build armor from junk you have collected there is nothing in the game that allows us to make armor we can only modify it provided we have the perks and parts required.
