How regularly do you use chems?
I'm a weird player, I'll admit it. I often forget to use grenades and molotovs, and also I barely use any chems, just hoard them all the time. Now I'm on level 61 and pretty much OP even without any drugs. But I can't be the only one who constantly forgets to take them... so, how often do you actually use chems? And which ones do you use more frequently?

Not often, honestly.
I don't really need them unless I'm a lower level, otherwise I just sell them off.

try to avoid them

Every big fight with 10+ enemies, I pop a Bufftats, Psychojet and Med-X. I have not thrown a single grenade or molotov once and I'm level 40.

Whiskey, Vodka or Buffout all the time, when I am exceeding my carrying capacity but dont want to throw anything away. Sometimes Jet/PsychoJet just for fun.
Also I pop Grape Mentats when I am doing some expensive shopping.

The only meds I've used so far are Stims, Rad-x, Radaway and Med-x.
So far I haven't needed to use any of the others, and as it stands I probably won't.

EDIT: Although I do eat a lot of cooked food, none of that nasty pre-war stuff with rads and sugars, a nice roast bloatfly for me thanks.

Before maxing out the "strong back" perk I sometimes used buffout to allow me to speedtravel with a few extra pounds in my bags, but other than that, it's pretty much only radaway med stimpaks.

I played a melee build on survival and it was completely dependent on chems. Other than that, almost never except maybe popping a jet when a big fight breaks out unexpectedly, just to give myself a chance to see what's going on.

Also, just a tip for melee builds but eat Yao Guai roast, it turns me in to one punch with melee weapons.

I kinda killed Caesar on one of my save files, so you'll be appointed to serve under me.

I only use them to get addicted, nothing better than an addict.

i carry buftats (mostly for carry weight to get me through a dungeon) pychojet for those tight pinches which are rare and as for throwables i mostly use mines, really hate the hold f for nade and tap f for melee, not everyone wants to use semifunctional console controlers.

Can you get addicted to Nuka Cola in this game btw? Guess not since I havent seen it happen. (It was doable in Fallout 1&2)

I've played as character who have used chems, I suspect most people have at least used stims. Playing as a character dependant on them hasn't happened, mostly as I've never really felt it was neccessary, it would have to be RP.
