1) It's not in range of a conduit. They have a small range (IIRC 3 wall squares in a sphere).
2) Try storing it in the workshop and replacing it. There is a glitch where after moving them too much that particular one stops working.
I REALLY hope, a DLC or mod comes out with wall and ceiling panels with inbuilt conduits, ie, the ceiling panel requires the materials for a ceiling panel and the materials of a conduit, provides the same benefit, without the freaking wires everywhere.
More likely a mod that increases the range of conduits is what we'll see.
just attach that thing a ma jig to the wall
and all lights attached to that wall or building will light up
I guess, but a wall panel, especially if someone makes 'institute' high tech building components, plastic walls, with built in conduits makes sense.
I tried using the hanging lightbulbs and although they look pretty, especally from far away, they don't illuminate the area too much. As opposed to the yellow wall lights, which seem to be a much brighter lightsource.
Unless I am wrong and he didn't mean that... I know I was disspaointed with that though.
I literally guffawed quite heartily.
But yea all the lights suck at being lights. There are several mods on nexus that increase the illumnination of them so that they actually aren't terrible.
I literally hung like 48 or more of those light bulbs in my rec center at Sunshine Tidings - that long metal building near the edge, right near the fire pit, and the room is still basically dark with all of them on (without mods)
