Or I could of duped with Dogmeat for max stats or I could have used the console commands, but that really OPs you to quickly in an already easy game.
On a side note. with alcohol (Int -1) and clothes, I can get a charisma of 7-8 which makes me laugh during conversations with an intelligence of 0. How do I even speak?
Im just using this build for 14 levels. At 14, I add 8 to intelligence so it is 9. (Remember, you can save perk picks when you level up. ) The 2 uses of the perk (I always take high luck because all skills are pretty decent) pay for themselves by level 40 or so. So no loss. Just levels up about equal to intelligence level 9 overall. The 2nd use of the perk averages exp at about intelligence 15 or higher with int 1. Plus, taken early, the perk adds up even with 10 intelligence over the game. So basically, I am just beefing up specials first at the beginning while maximizing experience . I will have all science perks later. Only problem is Im a little gimpy so 2 right into rifleman right after. Overpowered Power Armor solves all other problems for while. Radiation, carry weight, defense. I mean they give you power armor like candy. Full suit of T51 underwater to left while following train tracks south. Dont need hacking to get. Im just working this as an idea I wanted to try.
