Stuck : Can't move after getting out of Cryo

Starting a new game, you get frozen, but after they steal your baby, and you get unfrozen and out of the cryo pod, you fall to the ground, get up, and.... ! You can't move!

This is my 4th run and first time i get this problem. Hitting ESC or F9 works, so i know my keyboard is working. Reloading I can move again. But each time i get to this spot, i am stuck and WASD won't do anything.

What could be the problem? Any idea?

And any movement related key doesn't work... i can't crouch, i can't hit X to advance auto, none of that works... i have no idea what is going on... !

switch from 3rd to first. Try crouching and jumping. Don't shift tab. causes bugs. Load an old save.

Tried all that, nothing works.

Jumping and crouching does nothing. Shift tabbed, alt tabbed, same problem...

I reload an old save and I CAN move, but as soon as i get out of cryo again, i an stuck again....

Really odd issue, i am tearing my hair out over here.

Any console command that can help me? Maybe teleport a little farther away? maybe I am overlapping with the cryo pod door or something....

weird, I saw a floating Bear monster while walking across the commonwealth, bugs are common.

I had the same problem switching the dialog camera option to "on" as in not stay in first person during conversations fixed it for me, but i have to keep that camera dialog option on even after that or i get stuck like that in conversations all the time =/

Did a full system restart, now it works.

After all these years of playing it's never happened to me except just now! Do you have any idea how difficult it is to get a Native American woman's nose and cheekbones just right in this game!? I so do not want to start over a fresh new start allover again!
OK, I think I may have figured out what causes the glitch/error! Banging on the window while inside. I never did it before on any playthrough, but did this time. I restarted 4-5 times due to being stuck and banged of the window each time. I even restarted my system and banged on the window. This last time I put the controller down and I'm out, can move, and everything works!
