Looks like leather of some sort with a BoS jumpsuit.

Sturdy Leather Armor set , Welding Goggles , some sort of Black Version of Vault tec suit which dosent exist ingame i think (same as bipod for teh sniper rifle it only exists in loading screen)

its deffinitley not BOS suit because it lacks gloves and some straps

Yeah it's the black vault suit mod. I used it before.

Black Vault suit mod with Studded leather armor.

Which mod so you use to get black? I never bothered to get mods for suit except the last one.

Also it looks like welding goggles, sturdy leather left leg and everything else heavy leather

I thought you meant armor mods. I don't use mods other than to fix bugs.
