"The harder they fall"
I swear I've killed at least 10 giant monsters by now, between behemoths, mirelurk queens, deathclaws, and all that jazz, and this achievement is supposedly for five. Am I missing something?

Only Super Mutant Behemoths and Mirluk Queens count for this achievment.

Hm... how annoying. Do named ones and quest ones? Like the one for the the minutemen fort, and swan?

Swan does not count ( at least he did not for me), the Mirluk Queen from the minutemen quest does.
But there are 7-8 giant creatures on the world map, i just looked up a guide where to find them and killed them till the achievment triggered.

Yeah, I think the random ones don't count. They have to be placed.

keep fast travelling at corvega factory till a behemoth spawn near the side of the freeway
