red tourette missing ? where is she ?

Im doing a mission where i need to rescue a synth in Federal Ration Stockpile...
To do that i need a password that apparently drops from Red Tourette.
My problem is i have gone over the Federal Ration place 4-5 times and i just cant find her.... killed everything there. looked all around, but i simply cant find her....
Any ideas ?

She's under it. There's an underground bunker/food store beneath it.

You can access it through the building there, or the faster way to her is to go to the nearby church and inside you'll find a trapdoor. Head down it and you should find her.

That's if I remember correctly, I had no quest for it I just stumbled accross it in my travels. But I remember that most of that place is underground, what you see above is only a small part of it.

oh there is a chapel with trap door in the floor just directly south of the settlement with the robot that flies in circles saying groovy man. I forget the name of the place. It has dead ghouls littering all over the area and has a banner supporting the freedom of robots.

I had killed her and everything in there as well. If you have not found the way through the chapel, it may be why you have not found her. That entrance is referenced in the terminals that perhaps you can't read without that password.

I had stumbled across the place and had no idea there was a mission regarding it until I read your question; she was the person I found there and the first to get looted.

The password is in her "living area" underground, just beneath that chapel.

Appologies haha. I just noticed that no one was awnsering his question and I vaguely remember bumping into "Red" as she's called.

That said, you probably gave clearer directions than I did so it's still sound advise.

Thanks guys... but i have been in the cave system that connects the chapel and the bunker in the raider settlement... I can not find her in the cave system either, i think i have killed her once while just looting the place when i didnt have the mission... somehow she have just dissapeared on me now....
I have tried staying away from the place for a long time, but the only new raiders spawning there is 2 in the settlement, none in the caves

Ive been in and out of that chapel so many times now. All there was down there was a Raider Waster. No Red. Is there a mission that spawns Red? Do I need to go to the Brewery or whereever her sister is located at first?

all i can recall is she is in a room broken up brickwork small building raised up shortly after the secured lock up area she seems to be pretty much straight behind the secure maglock doors area.
you hit the first door via the main entryway so you head right and go through a long convulated passageways broken walls dark areas etc then eventually you get around the back and hit the 2nd of the maglock doors pretty much turn 180 from that turn on your pipboy light and theres a broken wall area with lighting and a wall red pretty much spawns up in the little building with a bed slightly up from that wall if shes there. The dark can make you miss areas i found that tunnel to the right of me facing the first maglock door after turning my pip boy light on. hope this helps out.

I checked out all of the place alot of times... In the end i used a console command to unlock the terminal so i didnt need her key.

I'm still miffed at the lost opportunity with Red Tourette.

Minor spoilers ahead.

When you liberate a certain brewery, you will find notes in a terminal that describe a hostage situation - during a raid on Red Tourettes raider band, the outlaws living in the brewery managed so snatch her sister.

They used her to extort a hefty amount of the supplies in the Federal Ration Stockpile out of Red by sending her letters to prove she is alive. You also find out that they killed her more or less by accident and have been faking the letters for some time and have hidden the body in one of the brew barrels.

I wanted to travel to Red and give her the bad news, but she's just a unique raider, no way to initiate dialogue. :(

Tourette's Lair is the part with the Wooden door frame, that has the words "welcome" painted on it, along with a couple couches, a Terminal, And a table. That's where she's supposed to be. The church entrance dumps you almost directly in it.
