The end of the line & Nuclear option

Hello, I've a bug with these two quests.
For the end of the line, I've to warn Desdemona (don't want to kill her)
And for Nuclear option, I've to talk to Z1-14.
The thing is, everytime I speak to Desdemona, she tell me to go speak with Z1-14
And if I go to speak to Z1-14, End of the line quest fail

I've found a console command that could help, by using SetStage + ID of the quest + stage of the quest, I could unlock it. Problem is, I can find ID of these two quests, but not the stages I need. Someone got another solution or the stages I need to complete "warn Desdemona" ?

i am having the same problem. it is infuriating.

End of The Line is supposed to fail if you want to side with the Railroad. that is normal!!!

That was a bug, I was supposed to kill her only, but the quest said "warn" instead of "kill", but there isn't any option to warn her for this quest.

I think when I did this, I just went with failing End of the Line and continuing with Railroad questline. Didn't know you could do it any other way.

You have to kill her and success, or warn her, do the railroad quest, and fail this one. What I had was just a bug in the quest objective display.

I tried to stay friend with every factions, but it seems to be impossible.

The factions are not all friends, so yes: There will be difficult choices.

You could make 3 out of the 4 friends which needs to be done carfully only institute will not be friend anyone
