Murkwater Construction site, not letting me put down small generators or pylons

I just got here for one of the railroad missions, no size, got materials, just wont let me put down any other generators but the big ass wind one, and NO PYLONS AT ALL will go down, they don't even show up LIKE they don't have the materials, but i have them, im looking at the number ratio and they're there.

Anyone else have this bug? is this a thing here or what? any help will be greatly appreciated please and thank you.

I just finished that mission and didn't have any trouble building it up (including pylons)

Did you unlock the workbench yet?

unlocked everything, reloaded saves, restarted the game, and tried to put up pylons elsewhere to just make sure, and i can, just NOT a murkwater construction site... its a tad annoying

also, my sanctuary settlement has a 325 water count, NOT producing anymore purified water, i would usually get about 250 purified water from it and its been a whole day of me playing still no water im noticing... whats going on???

i've tried everything i can think of, if anyone else has an idea.... that would be swell!

1. Do you have the materials on you for whatever you want to build?

2. If you don't, do you have a supply line connecting Murkwater to whichever settlement you have your building materials in?

I have the same bug at murlwater, im tasked to build a radio beacon, which i did and it went fine now i cant seem to build any generator or anything else for that matter YES I HAVE THE MATS !!!!!



Did a little more testing by loading an old save, got the quest again this time i built the generator 1st guess what .... Now i cant build the radio tower ...
