Museum of Witchcraft (spoiler)
There should had been a ghost inside the Museum instead of a Deathclaw. I wanted the place to be haunted.

Actual resident of Salem reporting in. Disappointed to see that the Witch Museum housed a deathclaw instead of being like the Dunwich building in Fallout 3, housing ghouls.

That deathclaw killed me like 15 times in a row. It forced me to use Jet and yet I still struggled. I didn't want to soot him from the doorway cuz that's cheap.

My 6year old saw that death claw And she said"go back to sanctuary and get your power armor"

We did so, and gave the egg back to moma

I was under the impression that the Deathclaw in the museum was mommy Deathclaw, and the one back at the nest was daddy Deathclaw?

i would think otherwise due to the coloring

generally brighter colored animals are males (think of robins who are red if male and brown if female) and the more nature /camoed is the female

At very least, the Savage Deathclaw have (mostly) yellow markings on the arm, similar to a Deathclaw Matriarch(a Deathclaw Alpha Male have red markings), which I would take as implication that the Savage Deathclaw is female, plus, female Deathclaws have gone on record to be fiercily protective of their offspring, while male Deathclaws are more territorial, making more sense for the female to go after the eggs, and the male to "stay at home" so to speak to protect the territory.

(I think the file names are a given to which pic is which)

(also worth note that no other Deathclaw variant have the markings in the same way, implying further that the Savage Deathclaw is a particularly fierce Deathclaw Matriarch)

Some of the companion reactions are outright wrong, sometimes even when their actual dialog in that situation contradict the increase/decrease.

Or maybe she is just really curious to what a Deathclaw egg tastes like, I dunno.

I thought there would be something actually magical going on in there not just a typical abandoned building with a deathclaw inside. I thought I'd see people in robes casting magical spells like in Skyrim.

Because the Deathclaw in the egg is going to grow up to kill people with 100% certainty and Curie wants to help people.

Although I bet that Deathclaw babies are the cutest thing ever :)

I was actually pretty dissapointed when it turned out to be a Deathclaw. I was hoping it would be an actual ghost or a woman with psychic powers. Maybe because I still remember that Vampire: The Masquerade mission that takes place inside an actual haunted hotel.

Eh, not hideous, not as adorable as a puppy.

Anyone else find the death claw a let down? You can just jump in and out of the door way preventing it from ever laying a blow, killing it like its a joke. Mirelurks are more dangerous than this bloody death claw. Given all the build up it's a big let down.

But then again death claws in general are pretty underpowered. On regular difficulty you can kill them without them laying a hit with the Pickman's Blade and VATS.

You could say the difficulty makes it that way but other than stat boosts any difficulty this can be done on. All you need is more chems like jet, and AP boosting and increasing chems. AI are not any more dangerous other than the stat boost.
