This method was created before the mods were introduced. Now that there are mods, this method may not work. try mods for fixing instead. unofficial mod patches, quicker terminal etc.
and turn vsync off from options. The reason why you are stuck is that game script was unable to match your graphic card settings. You can also adjust your graphic card settings abit via graphic card control panels or .ini files in your game folder.
Every player has different problems, so I cant give you a solution. For example, my problem was that my monitor was 144hz, etc
It actually is still working.
It is the second time getting stuck at a stupid terminal (not even one I had to hack).
The issue is within the game itself. I tried different ways. Changing rendering, lifting frame limits, etc. None of them worked out for me.
And the worst scenario is, imagine playing in Survival difficulty. Have fun replaying those 1 to +60minutes where you have NOT saved and getting stuck right in front of a damn terminal.
It happens but its why i use mods to enable console for situations like that.
think you posted in the wrong thread.
