Missable Things & Locations (No spoilers)

Hey :)

I'm curious about things like bobbleheads and the Alien Crashsite. Now I don't want any spoilers, so please, don't talk about anything too closely - I made this discussion with the intention to get a really basic answer:

How easy is it to miss some of them? I almost missed the melee bobblehead, but other than that, I'd say I've been pretty thorough while searching for them.

I found a suite of power armour at the bottom of a lake... that could be quite easy to miss... (although the glare from cockpit of the downed and sunken vertibird next to it could be seen from the surface, if you looked in the right direction at the right time, if I recall correctly...)

That's actually really neat - I haven't found anything interesting in the water yet, even though the water breathing perk allows for a long dive here and there. ;)
