Chained up house near Old Gullet Sinkhole

Just west of Old Gullet Sinkhole ( kinda Northeast center of map ) there is a house with one door. The door is chained from the inside. The other doors are boarded over. I see some swag inside. There is a hole in the roof, but no way to get up to the roof to enter it. Does anyone recall having been inside? How did you get in?

kill the deathclaw in the old gullet
if u explore a bit there u will see that strain of water is preety strong
step onto the water and let it swalow u
u will find a new underground area and u will exit thrue chained door at the end
ffs ppl dont be afraid to explore a bit :)

I just found a chained door which was locked inside and I couldn't reach it. So, I told Dogmeat to check it out, and he actually opened it ...from the outside. I was like "WTF? Lol. Thanks, buddy!"

The sinkhole area is a for the mission from the bartender at Bunker Hill.

There is also a result that yeilds you being given the hat you found as a reward.

The Power Armor can have a jet pack attached to it.

Anything you see that's in a location you can't climb to - they intend it to be there for jetpack users.
