Can't Create Supply Lines
I just got both perks of "Local Leader" in succession, and I was hoping to move all of my construction materials from Sanctuary to The Castle. The problem is I cant create supply lines.

I know how youre supposed to do it. Open up the workshop, hover over a settler, and press Q to make that settler a provisioner.
The thing is, It doesn't even give me the option. I hover over them and it only lets me assign them, or move them to other settlements. NOT to create a supply line.

I'm certain neither settlement is at their cap for settlers

Any help?

Sanctuary to Castle is too long of a distance, you have to create some supply lines at setllements in the middle area of the map to reach that far, just chain them all together

distance is no issue
however you apparantly need brahmin in order to create supply lines at either locale

Blade and EGC you are WRONG. Distance doesn't matter for supply lines. You can even create a line from Sanctuary to Warwick...

then why does a settler from Cross County Settlement not work to Sanctuary? I'm telling you its a limited distance. Try it yourself and see, you will see sanctuary greyed out in the supply line window

You can't assign the named settlers, and a few unnamed ones as well.

It is NOT limited by distance. BUT its limited by the ammount of supply lines you can create per settlement AND you can't assign "Named" and/or "Quest NPCs" like the old Abernathy.
It just doesn't give me the option.
I have both perks.
And it just doesn't give me the option

I will eat my hat if that fixes it.
I'm gonna do it.
