What's With The Nukes Over Diamond City?
Is it part of the plot? Every day or so there's these mid air bursts that sprinkle the whole area with radiation. The only way to get away from it is leave the city. At the rate they go off the whole population would be dead from radiation poisoning in a few days.

Huh? Might be BOS fighting.. I've never experienced this.
You might be talking about rad storms but I trust you can tell the difference between radiation storms and nuclear explosions.

Theres alot of suiciders and gunners with mininukes around the city.

Diamond city is still in the game world, alot of buildings are. Its really weird to explain

If I stay there more than an hour whatever they are start going off, followed by a quick flood of 20 or 30 rads. This couldn't be good for the permanent inhabitants. I guess any ghouls would be OK.

It's a rad storm. They randomly happen all over the map. If you just fast travel out of the area it will go away.
