Report a translation problem
If the Prydwen already arrived, you will have a bug where you can't report this back to Danse after you completed it, as he will become your companion. You need to proceed further until Danse was discovered to be a synth then you can report it to Lance Captain instead.
So the devs need to fix the game to acoomodate your wish for it to be a one way rail shooter wich always points you to the correct location? Its already to easy with quest markers marking exact locations for all the stuff.
This was the only quest that had to make SOME kind of effort to complete since you had to listen to the story not just follow a reating on a map.
I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest part was referring to the bugs. A lot of us are being directed to talk to somebody, but the script isn't firing properly when they try talking to the person the quest log is telling us to talk to. If it says "talk to kels" then it should be possible to communicate with kels.
Yeah, it's a bit of a problem you can't turn it in to Paladin Danse if you already have him as a follower until later in the Brotherhood quest line.
