HalluciGen Voice Actor?

In the HalluciGen building, there's an announcer saying "A chemical leak has been detected, please evacuate the building" on a repeating loop. It sounds a heck of a lot like Brent Spiner to me, but nothing shows in the IMDb for Fallout 4 or Brent Spiner. Does anyone recognize the voice, or is it listed somewhere on IMDb I missed? Thanks!

I agree it sounds a lot like him, but can't find him credited anywhere.

Yeah.... I've seen folks get uncredited work before, and usually it's listed in IMDb. I wonder if there's a way to ask him directly? :)

I posted the same in a different thread. I can't convince myself that it is not Brent Spiner, a.k.a. 'Data'. I suppose his voice is so iconic that there may be effects available or many actors who can impersonate Data because he is so iconic, but damn I can't help but hear Data.

There's something in the lower register that sounds identical to Mr. Spiner's voice. So weird!

On the IMDb site, there isn't anything specifically for "announcer" or "HalluciGen" but there are a few entries for "Additional Voices" so it's possible that one of those people is doing a really good impersonation job? Or, it's Mr. Spiner with an uncredited role. :) I wish there were a way to find out....

I just came across this and thought exactly the same thing - Spiner's voice is very unique. I'm going with "uncredited, but is Spiner" for now; after all, you have loads of other Star Trek actors in there already such as Picardo, Russ and Dwight.

It does sound an awful lot like Brent Spiner. Could they have sampled some of his lines from the show and spliced them together?

I searched for "fallout 4 brent spiner hallucigen" this thread popped up; it sounds way too much like him.

They wouldn't risk being sued over sampling his lines/words from the show. Spiner is awesome and admired as a person, and would probably be happy to do the work; no reason to steal it. As mentioned, Fallout 4 has a lot of big names, no reason they couldn't afford him as a voice actor. Just wish we could get Brent (can we call him Brent? Mr. Spiner sounds so formal!) to weigh-in on it. I mean, he would totally know if he went into a recording studio and did that line, right?

I was suggesting he 'still rolls with his old crew' occassionally and did a freebie. Why not, I say... Perhaps he got bored waiting for lunch ;)

Glad I'm not the only one who recognised that voice ! And if it isn't him its a damn good impersonation ..
