Defend the Castle bug

So I finished the main quest as a minutemen and after some time a quest popped up: Defend the castle. I already did that during the main story, I started it and the Brotherhood of Steel started attacking the castle. The quest stopped at 80% completion and nobody is coming. What can I do?

There's a chance someone is stuck behind a car or a rock etc. happened to me so I nuked him.

There aren't enemy near the castle, my idea was to spawn the enemies with the console but I don't know the ID. Also Radio Freedom isn't working. ffs

I think I've figured this one out. THREE vertiberds come from the direction of the downed Prydwen in the first wave. I died during the attack because a vertiberd fell on me. I'd quicksaved and when the attack started only TWO vertiberds came from the prydwen. The mission never would progress past 90%. I reloaded to just before I started the mission...THREE vertiberds came. I was more careful and BOOM the mission went through to completion.
