Well Rested Buff -- Worth sleeping?

I dont really count on it, because i dont even know how long it lasts (not that we get any info of the remaining time of the buff)

I mostly only sleep to bypass the night and start a new exploration in the early morning..around 6 am.

If you are planning on expanding a settlement it's always nice to sleep first for some bonus xp. I think the buff lasts 3-5 or so hours.

I sometimes do it before finishing a quest. That's when you get the xp.
