Proctor Quinlin Bug?
Proctor Quinlan won't talk to me. I press talk, I say "excuse me Proctor Quinlan" and he doesn't respond, just carries on doing what he is doing. I just did Defend the Castle so maybe that affected it. Any help? Thanks

UPDATE: No proctors will talk to me. None. Not just Quinlan.

I have this exact same issue clay, haven't seen a solution yet.

I fixed it! You need to complete the Nuclear Option quest. That did it for me anyway.

That might explain it, and since I'm going to side with the Railroad, that won't help me too much :P

Thanks for following up, though! I'll save this for another playthrough.

The railroad questline ends with the Nuclear Option aswell.
