talk to them.

I think you can jack their fusion core and they eventually eject themselves? Unless you are referring to companions then just talk to them.

I cant get My companion out of mine either, I have around 7 power armors and gave Preston one, there is no option to ask him to get out.

Use the talk option. That'll open up another option for them to get out.

Did you hit Chat or Talk, after you started the conversation?
There should be an option to talk to them, after you hit the action button to start dialogue with any of your companions.
At the bottom, there will be an option called Exit Power Armor.

There should be an option in the same menu you can dismiss them from.

I have looked on a number of ocassions, and have never seen anything, next time I come across him I will check again, I dismissed him last night for Piper.

I do believe they have to be the active companion. Also they should just eject from power armor on their own when sandboxing. So you should find him before he dumps the armor in a back alley somewhere.

Yes and trust me when I say this as from experience it may be headless =/

When you initiate dialogue you press up to chose the "Can we talk" option and then you push either down or right for the "Get out of my damn armour!" option.

Companions jumping in to power armour is one of the few things about vanilla F4 that bugs me because most companions have a tendency to fight head-on so your armour is wrecked by the time you get them out of it and you need to repair it. It bugs me, NPC's in general have a decent-ish AI and tend to find cover for themselves but companions like Preston's Gravy just stand there in the open fighting half a dozen super mutants with zero cover and they either quickly collapse from low health or get your armour shredded to hell.

jaderive, any missing components will be in your companions inventory. If a piece of armour reaches zero integrity it falls in to your inventory, if a companion is wearing the suit when it happens then it falls in to their inventory.
