Game Breaking Shaking when moving and turning UPDATE
So I have GTX 960 , all my drivers are up to date, I have mouse acceleration manually disabled in the ini files, I've tried tripple buffering, disabling, enabling v-sync, AND I am playing in windows borderless with a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ resolution smaller than my screen. No mater what I do, when I turn and move at the same time, i get an indescribable shaking on my screen. PLEASE someone tell me if they have found a solution to this, I really enjoy Fallout 4, but this is breaking the experience for me completely.

UPDATE: So it seems the only thing that has successfully reduced the microsutter is locking my frame rate at 58 fps in Nvidia inspector and putting shadow detail to medium. Still having the problem though. It's very straining on the eyes to play this way.

The game doesn't buffer anything properly and so it has to load every single texture that might be in the cell direction you're looking and then unload it every time you move your view away from it. The only solution is to download the texture optimization mods that REDUCE the size of the textures, it will reduce this phenomenon but it wont remove it completely.

It's not really a shake type of thing, it's a micro pause or stutter while the game stops everything just to load a set of textures, they need to buffer cell textures and use better delayed dynamic loading too. It's obvious that it doesn't actually load the entire cell or grids or we'd all be able to play the game properly.

So is everyone experiencing this? There's no way everyone can possibly be able to tolerate this . It has ruined the game for me

Also sorry about all the threads, I had gotten zero responses in 2 days on my last thread so I started spamming :p

I don't know, I never noticed any shaking on the screen when turning/moving.

I have tried everything, there was some post about it on giant bomb where in they said they solved in by going to windows borderless, but that has done nothing either.

Windows 8.1, Intel I7 - 4790 @360 GHz 64 bit. What else do you mean?

I manage to reduce the stutter in interiors when I have vsynch on using enb. Borderless worked too but I have more smooth frames in outdoors with Fullscreen, vsynch on and prerendered frames set to 4.

try enb and see if it makes a difference.

I'll give it a try but it's not even only indoors. I'm currently uploading a video so I can show everyone what I'm talking about. It's very subtle, but it's enough strain on the eyes to force me to stop playing

I had the same problem with the game shaking really bad after i connected my 2nd monitor. i fixed it by setting in borderless window and alt tabing in and out of the game a few times.

I tried setting max pre rendered frames to 4, turned Vsync on and used ENB, still, same problem. Observe https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aRU9oI5Elxo&feature=youtu.be

Bump, Someone please help, I'm beyond pissed off that this is happening. This is literally the only game I want to play and I have been waiting years for it. I spent over 1200$ on a computer just to run the thing and now it's doing this. I hate bethesda.

I just upgraded from a gtx 960 ftw 2 gig card in my I5-4690k system. I didn't suffer any major problems with the game and that card. Somethings definitely not right here.

The video I posted shows the problems somewhat, however it isn't consistent and it gets worse at random times in the same location. Does anyone know what is causing this :( ?
