Synth Retention quest bug
I went to the docks to talk to the Courser. All was fine, he was shooting some super mutants, and all was good. he then decides to run into the water and get stuck. He is currently swimming 10 feet under water and I can not interat with him to continue along the quest line. I would love some help!

"prid e210a; moveto player" enter that into the console WITHOUT the quotes. The Courser should be moved to your location and you can continue the quest normally. This works with all other characters stuck somewhere elese inaccessible. Eg: Like the Cabbot getting shot and not getting up in The Secret of the Cabbot House.
