Disable rain
Is there a way to disable rain because when it starts to rain this happens.

Try adding

[Weather]
bPrecipitation=0

To the bottom of Fallout.ini

My game crash with rain and with:
[Weather]
bPrecipitation=0
Loading or creat a new game is impossible
