is G7-81 "Glory" a real synth?

When i get tired of playing i kill ramdon people after saving the game. In my last "madness" i was in Railroad HQ and... i kill them all... and I realized that you can NOT mutilate the body of Desdemona, Dr. Carrington, Tinker Tom... because they are synth, right? they are robots, so they can NOT lose "parts" easily. But the thing is that, you CAN mutilate Glory's body... and she is the only one (with name) that can be mutilated in this place... why? is not a real synth?

Pfff, i hate myself because my English sucks and i can't explain all the ♥♥♥♥ that i have in my mind, but... i don't know... this thing is insteresting, right? (at least for my xD)

You can tell if someone's a synth by looting their body. You should find a synth component.

I don't think Glory is really a synth, even if the Fallout wiki says otherwise. She didn't drop a synth component when I killed her. No one in the Railroad HQ did (I checked) so they're all humans. That means she made her story up. Pretty crazy actually.
Btw. you can mutilate synths (I "checked" that too). You probably can not do this to some named characters, so you'd be always able to recognize their bodies.

Not every synth has a synth component. It's a fault of Bethesda's.

For Example, Glory,Sturges,And W.e her name is that sings at the third rail are all synths but have no synth components. How do we know? They show up in the game code or w.e as synths.

Not true, I'm looking at Glory right now in the creation kit and she's a human.

Not sure why people want her to be a synth so bad. She's just a crazy person, or a liar that made up a story to get into the Railroad.
